DELIVERY OPTIONS, SWEDEN
DHL / PostNord
Packages under 20 kg are delivered by DHL or PostNord to the nearest delivery point. Enter your mobile number for SMS notification for faster handling, or receive notification via e-amil. Packages or goods over 20 kg or 150 cm are delivered with DHL Home Delivery during the day, weekend weekdays between 8.00-17.00. Delivery takes place to door / gate, delivery is not included. DHL contacts you to book delivery, and delivery takes place within a three-hour interval. Please note that it is not possible to decide for yourself a more exact time for delivery, and that island supplements may be added.
Fee for untriggered shipment or failed delivery attempt
In cases where parcels, letters or pallets / larger parcels are returned to Vas Vitreum AB by the shipping company due to the customer / recipient 1) not redeeming parcels from the delivery point; 2) has not been reachable on the given telephone number for notification; 3) refused to accept the delivery; or 4) provided incorrect name, address or contact information, Vas Vitreum AB will charge the customer a fee. For letters and packages, the fee is SEK 300 incl. VAT and for pallet / larger packages to SEK 850 incl. VAT. In cases where DHL or Vas Vitreum AB has agreed with the recipient on the day and time for delivery but he is not present at the time of delivery, an extra fee of SEK 300 incl. VAT will be added for a new delivery attempt.
DELIVERY TIME, SWEDEN
Stock items
Stock items are items that we normally have in stock for immediate delivery are normally sent from us within 3-5 working days, which means that the delivery time from us to you is normally 5-8 working days. In the event of a large order intake or delivery delay, these goods may in some cases have a longer delivery time. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as we have processed your order.
Ordered goods
All items that are not available in our warehouse are counted as ordered items. All delivery times for ordered goods specified are approximate. We will get back to you if the delivery time for any reason would be longer than this.
Orders with goods with different delivery times
If you order several items with different delivery times on one and the same order, all items are sent in one shipment. If you want partial delivery, please contact info (@) vasvitreum.se. Additional fee may apply.
RETURN
When purchasing in our online store or by telephone, the Distance Trading Act applies, which means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days. The withdrawal period starts from the day you have received or picked up the product. Upon return, the product must be in as good a condition as when you received it, ie unused and undamaged. The product must be packed in original packaging.
Refunds are normally made within 1-5 working days, but no later than within 30 days after we have received and approved the return. Please note that any invoice must be paid even if you return the item. Refund of the order amount is made after approved return. Vas Vitreum AB is not responsible for any transport damage in the event of a return shipment, therefore send your return well packaged.
When buying an item that is not in stock, is custom-made / ordered or otherwise adapted for you, the right of withdrawal does not apply.
To make a return:
1. Contact our customer service and announce that you intend to return the item.
2. Pack the product properly, use the original product packaging and a protective transport packaging, equivalent to what the product was delivered to you.
3. Return the item to Vas Vitreum AB, Slottsgatan 12, 592 30 Vadstena.
When you exercise your right of withdrawal, you as a customer are always responsible for return shipping.
Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to corporate customers.
COMPLAINT
You have the right to complain about a product if it can be assumed that there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Contact us at info@vasvitreum.se and attach clear pictures of the incorrect item together with your order number. We primarily replace the product with a new one. If the item is out of stock, we will refund you for the product.
TRANSPORT DAMAGED GOODS
Important! Be sure to check for damage to packaging or goods when you receive the delivery. In order for goods with visible, external transport damage to be able to be complained to us, the damage must have been noted on your shipping note from the shipping company in connection with the receipt. In this case, ask the driver to note the damage and sign. If you discover hidden defects / transport damage after you have opened the packaging, please notify us as soon as possible. For all transport damage, contact customer service and attach clear pictures of the damage and any damaged packaging together with your order number. In order for us to be able to complain about the damage to our carrier, we need to report the transport damage to him within 1-3 days. We are therefore grateful if you report the damage within this time. If the transport is handed out without an endorsement, by proxy, the transport cannot be claimed.
